Clean and comfortable. We were told the gym only opens at 10 which seemed strange. Not sure if that was a mistranslation. When we went down there after 10, there were no lights, no one in the spa space

Staff were very welcoming and attentive, knew enough English to make communication easy. Location was easy to find, valet parking was included. Good view of the city and the nearby mosque. Restaurant was excellent, with a good variety of dishes. Breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The receptionists are great and the cleanliness workers are very respectful and the restaurant was great. Thank them and I wished that I stayed at the hotel for other days, but I was linked to other reservations. Accept my sincere thanks and appreciation.

Had a wonderful stay at Elifim resort hotel.Though the staff could not speak English that well we were able to communicate . All our needs were looked into well.The receptionist was very helpful in helping us arrange a taxi for sightseeing. we would love to stay at the hotel again!

staff were very friendly. it was super clean and comfortable. it was the best hotel food we’ve had in turkey and at a fantastic price. it was in a great location to break up our trip from Cappadocia to Istanbul. overall so pleased we booked this hotel.

Such an amazing hotel for the price and the breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. Plenty of parking as well.

Everything was good,hotel is very modern and service is fast and friendly. Food is also pretty good. Rooms are very big and everything was so clean.Fantastic hotel to stay in!
